How did you start your business? yoga V began as a way to fill a void in the community. It has grown over the years and now offers different styles of yoga to all types of bodies and levels.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? yoga V continues to evolve to the need of the Grand Valley and is proud to offer the highest-quality instructors and facility in Western Colorado.
We love seeing how the work students do on the mat, in the studio gradually begins to change the student’s life off the mat, in their daily lives!
What is the most challenging part of your job? Convincing people you don’t need to be flexible to do yoga!
What do you want brides/grooms to know about you/your company? A yoga class at yoga V can give each bride the opportunity to become more present, allowing her to soak up every moment of her big day. Heart-opening poses, detoxing twists & mind cleansing inversions are all an essential part to being a happy healthy bride. We also offer private yoga for bachelorette parties, weddings, and private sessions with the bride.
