Planning to attend the Grand Junction Bridal Experience? We’ve collected the most common questions about our Western Colorado wedding expo so you know exactly what to expect before you arrive.
How many people can I register for?
Bring as many friends and family as you’d like to help plan your big day! Whether it’s your bridal party, mom, or fiancé, the more support you bring, the merrier the experience will be.
How do I get a Goodie Bag?
Registering online guarantees you’ll receive a Bridal Experience Goodie Bag at check-in (limited to the first 250 registrants). Day-of registrations may also receive one, but only while supplies last — so register early to secure yours!
Are children allowed?
Yes! While the expo is designed as a fun “ladies’ day out” or a date with your fiancé, we welcome kids too. Children 12 and under are free (please note they do not receive a goodie bag). If you’re bringing a stroller, we recommend a smaller one since aisles can get crowded. Please also limit food sampling to one per person, unless otherwise noted by the vendor.
I registered online — will I receive a ticket?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Hitched In CO with a QR code. Simply show your code at check-in when you arrive at the expo.
Do I need to be present to win prizes?
Most of our amazing prizes — part of our $10,000+ giveaway package — are drawn as door prizes during the show. If additional prizes are awarded after the event, we’ll contact winners directly using their registration details (so be sure to fill out your information clearly).
Do I have to register online?
Online registration is highly recommended! Not only does it guarantee your Goodie Bag, but you’ll also save $1 per ticket and skip filling out forms at the door. Day-of admission is $6/person.
What types of payment are accepted at the door?
We accept cash, check, and Venmo. An ATM will also be available on site.
