How did you start your business? We’re a historic non-profit, founded by local community members passionate about arts, entertainment, and historic building preservation.
What do you love about weddings? We love the idea of celebrating in the very same spot where others exchanged their vows over 100 years ago. Talk about everlasting love!
What is the most rewarding part of your job? Seeing generations come together under one roof to celebrate their loved ones.
What is the most challenging part of your job? We’re a unique team who juggles programming plays, concerts, and movies alongside weddings and private celebrations. Finding the right balance is key.
What do you want couples to know about you and your company? Because we are also open to the public for programming year-round, you can come back for a date night and enjoy the venue in a whole new way for years to come. What a fun way to celebrate your anniversary – by grabbing a drink and catching a show in the very same venue where you said ‘I do!”
What are some tips you have for newly engaged couples? Hiring a wedding planner is a must. You don’t want to spend your day (and the months leading up to it) stressing – you want to take it all in and let someone else take on the load!
