How did you start your business? I started my business because when I planned my own wedding, I experienced a lack of honesty and overpromising in the wedding industry. A lot of things went wrong on my wedding day and I started my business to be there for couples.
What do you love about weddings? I love that weddings are about bringing two completely different people and their families together.
What is the most rewarding part of your job? The most rewarding part of my job is making relationships with couples that I’ll get to have in my life forever. I get to spend their most important day of their lives with them.
What is the most challenging part of your job? The most challenging part of my job is letting go. I get so much out of my couples and the planning experience with them that it’s hard to let go after it’s all said and done.
What do you want couples to know about you and your company? I want couples to know that even though I may just be starting my business, I’m serious, trustworthy, and committed to making your day the best that I can.
What are some tips you have for newly engaged couples? Love each other! Engagement season is the best, enjoy it because it doesn’t last long. No matter what you do in your planning process, keep each other first.
