Colorado Wedding Checklist: Mountains, Trees, Ski Lift and Goats! Check out this Real Colorado Wedding held at Purgatory Resort in Durango, CO. Brooke & Michael were married on June 18, 2023, at the Boyce Meadow ceremony site.

Wedding Details

The Dress – Look at all that lace! A modern take on a classic wedding look for this Colorado Bride.

The Cake – Nothing says Colorado Wedding like an aspen look cake. Complete with the bride and groom’s initials “carved” into it.

The Florals – These might be one of our favorite florals we’ve featured. We love the colors and we might be a little biased because of the peonies. They are a favorite around here! We weren’t the only ones who loved them, the goats were fans as well!

The Goats – We love animals, and farms and farm animals. Including some pretty goats, dressed to impress was a fun and whimsical touch to Brooke and Michael’s perfect day.

The Invitation – Wow! This invitation is stunning to look at but we love that this was a weekend event and not just the wedding. Guests were invited to arrive early and explore the beautiful surrounding areas.
