What’s your favorite thing about winter? Is it the sweater weather, hot cocoa, fireplaces? Winter in Colorado can be very magical, especially in areas where the snow doesn’t get disturbed by traffic. Glade Park, Colorado offers a beautiful landscape for your engagement, wedding or family photos and a unique setting for a wedding.
We loved putting this shoot together because of all the simple details. We really wanted to let the landscape speak for itself and we believe it did just that!
What we loved about this shoot:
The Model! Wow, we could not have asked for a more perfect model. Her dark hair popped with the snowy background. Her gorgeous confidence was emitted through all of the photos and not once could you tell that she was frozen to the bone walking around in the snow!
Max the Wolf! We loved Max, he was a perfect addition to our wild Colorado look. He was so friendly, bouncy and definitely wanted to steal the show! He got along great with the model and had a fun time romping around in the snow.
The Florals! Done by Bride & Bloom Design Company. The colors against the snow were to die for.
A Little Bit of Ireland! The green plaid blanket used in some of the photos was a wool blanket directly from Ireland. It was a fun piece to incorporate into the winter wonderland.
