2025 Glenwood Springs Bridal Experience FAQs

We often get questions leading up to the wedding expo, so we have created the 2025 Glenwood Springs Bridal Experience FAQs page to answer some of those questions upfront.

1. How many people can I register for? As many as you want to bring to help you plan your wedding! The more the marry-er!
2. How do I receive a Goodie Bag? Registering online guarantees you a goodie bag, otherwise it is first come/first serve.
3. Are children allowed? YES! Although we try to gear our show towards being a ladies’ day out or a date with your fiancé, we understand that getting a sitter can be difficult, and sometimes it’s fun to involve your children in the planning process! Kids 6 and under are free and do not receive a goodie bag. If possible, we ask that you bring a smaller stroller as the aisles can get tight. Additionally, we ask that you limit food sampling to one per person unless otherwise specified by the vendor.
4. I registered online, will I receive a ticket? You will receive an email confirmation from Hitched In CO with a QR code to check in when you arrive.
5. Do we have to be present to win prizes? Most of our prizes will be given out as door prizes. If we have prizes to give out after the show, we will reach out to you via your registration information, please fill it out correctly and clearly.
6. Do I have to register online? Nope! You can pay the day of the event, which is $6/person. We suggest registering online to skip filling out the registration form on the day of.
7. What type of payment do you take on the day of the event? Cash, Check, or Venmo.
8. Where do I park? You can park all around the hotel in the parking next to the hotel or above the hotel. 
9. What if the weather is bad? This is an indoor event at the cozy and beautiful Hotel Colorado. The event will go on rain, snow, or shine!
