Things to consider

• Seasonality: Summer and fall dates go quickly, often a year out.

• Day of week: Saturdays cost more. Instead, consider Friday or Sunday to save money.

• Guests: Off-days work if most guests are local. Traveling guests may find it harder.

• Inclusions: Ask what’s included—tables, chairs, tents, restrooms, setup, and teardown.

• Vendors: Check preferred vendor lists and any required caterers.

• Capacity and layout: Confirm ceremony, cocktail, and reception flow.

• Locations: Tour venues in Grand Junction, Palisade, Montrose, and Delta.
