Afternoon Delight Bakery is a home based bakery owned and operated by me, Ashley Buerger. I take pride in each and every cake I make as it is never “just a cake,” but a work of art and a delicious memory from the best day of your life. Everything is made from scratch, right down to the original design of your dream wedding cake. I also make all kinds of other delicious desserts, from French macarons to chocolate chip cookies, gourmet rice crispy treats to mini fruit tarts, cupcakes to cake pops! The options are nearly endless.

I’m located in Rifle, Colorado where I currently bake from my home, but someday soon I hope to open up a shop in town! I have delivered cakes to venues from Durango to Evergreen, and everywhere in between, as well as to Arizona and even Washington DC!
